The time reduction comes from one pilot client’s reported before-and-after comparison for receipt administration, rounded to a whole percentage. The effort depends on document volume and workflow.

Usage figures are a snapshot on 4 September 2026 for 1 July – 4 September 2026: reply drafts visible in the inbox and invoices issued in Griffi. Drafts are prepared replies; issued invoices do not establish delivery or payment.
