Quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes/cancellations, payments and dunning are no longer a module — they belong to every base plan. A shared document pool counts finalised quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices together. With AI Phone booked, only actually connected AI time counts — every started connected minute. Ringing, spam and failed calls are free. Beyond your plan’s included volume: €0.35 per started connected minute.
With Appointments & Follow-up booked, only successfully sent, non-duplicated SMS are billed — €0.25 per SMS beyond your plan’s included volume.
Receipt OCR is in beta (no accuracy promise). Dictation creates a draft; finalisation remains your deliberate approval. Inbox Agent reply drafts are sent only after your confirmation for now.

A solo business with a small number of cases needs different capacity from a team with several locations. Griffi therefore separates the shared HQ from the work modules. Quotes and invoices are always included; you only pay extra when Griffi should also take over phone, inbox or appointments.
Premium automatically bundles the three core modules AI Phone, Inbox Agent and Appointments & Follow-up plus higher volumes. API/Integrations remains separately addable even with Premium; Resource Management is in planning and not bookable yet. Standard suits teams that want to combine modules selectively. Light is a small monthly entry point without annual billing — often cheapest solo as the Starter Bundle with AI Phone.

How is the Griffi price calculated?
Pricing consists of a base plan (quotes & invoices already included), selected modules and, where applicable, transparent overage for connected phone minutes or successfully sent SMS.
What is included in every base plan?
Every plan includes Griffi HQ with contacts, leads, cases and tasks, quotes/delivery notes/invoices in the shared document pool, the knowledge base, AI webchat with human takeover, notifications, roles and data access.
Which base plan fits my business?
Light is for exactly one user (often cheapest solo as the Starter Bundle with AI Phone for €119/month). Standard and Premium include unlimited users and differ by admins (3 vs. 5), volumes and locations; Premium includes AI Phone, Inbox Agent and Appointments & Follow-up automatically. The calculator also considers volumes and billing interval.
Can I book the modules individually?
With Light and Standard, every one of the four modules can be selected and combined individually. Premium already bundles AI Phone, Inbox Agent and Appointments & Follow-up in its base price; API/Integrations remains separately addable even with Premium. Resource Management is in planning and not bookable yet.
What is the Starter Bundle?
Light + AI Phone costs a permanent €119/month as the Starter Bundle instead of €138 separately — a fixed entry price for solo businesses, not a time-limited discount.
How do yearly pricing and expected overage work?
Standard and Premium support annual billing. The annual amount equals ten monthly base prices. Expected overage is shown as a monthly estimate and is not included in the annual base price.
What counts as AI Phone and SMS usage?
AI Phone counts started minutes of an actually connected AI call; ringing, identified spam and failed calls do not count. SMS counts successfully sent, non-duplicated messages.
What does setup cost?
Nothing. The setup assistant guides you step by step through the configuration, included at €0 in every base plan. The former separate setup service no longer exists.
