Griffi. The AI colleague that answers calls and then handles the office work.

Back to Griffi

For trade businesses

You are out on the job. Your back office keeps running.

Griffi does more than receive inputs. The AI colleague keeps the customer enquiry, knowledge, task, document and appointment together as one case, so office work does not return to you every evening.

Three call examples

How Griffi sounds in clearly bounded workflows.

All companies, people and calls are fictional and synthetically generated. The linked pages explain product boundaries and prerequisites.

Griffi: Good evening, John Doe Plumbers and Company. This is Griffi, our digital assistant. What has happened?

Caller: This is Miss White. Water is coming from a pipe in our basement. We need urgent help.

Griffi: Is anyone in danger, is water reaching electricity, or is there smoke? If so, keep away and call emergency services now.

Caller: No. The fuse box is in another room, and nobody is in danger.

Griffi: Can you reach the main shut-off safely, and is it already closed?

Caller: Yes, it is closed, but water is still dripping. Please call me back on zero one seven six, one two three four five six seven.

Griffi: Thank you. I recorded the water leak, the closed main valve, and your callback number as an urgent emergency. The emergency-service flat fee is 149 euros. It will be credited if you place an order. I am transferring you to the on-call service now.

Caller: Good morning, this is Mister Brown. I would like to book the annual service for my boiler, preferably next week.

Griffi: I can offer Tuesday at nine or Thursday at two in the afternoon. Which works better?

Caller: Thursday at two works. My callback number is zero one seven one, two three four five six seven eight.

Griffi: Good morning, BrightWire Electrical Limited. This is Griffi, our digital assistant. What can we help with?

Caller: Good morning, this is Miss Taylor. We would like an electric vehicle charger installed in our garage and need a quote.

Griffi: Is this a detached house, and do you already have an intended mounting position?

Caller: Yes. The position is beside the garage door, about twelve metres from the distribution board.

Griffi: A qualified electrician must inspect the installation before a reliable quote. Would Friday at eight work for the site visit?

Caller: Yes, Friday at eight works.

Griffi: Thank you. I recorded the detached house, garage location, roughly twelve metres of cable route, and the appointment. Technical design and price follow only after the professional inspection.

Enquiries arrive through several channels

Phone, email, website and photos only make sense together.

Company knowledge lives in people’s heads

Pricing, ownership and exceptions are hard to delegate.

Documents wait until evening

Quotes, invoices and receipts are prepared after the actual workday.

One case instead of many messages

How Griffi keeps the context.

  1. 01

    Input

A call, email, chat or document is captured in a structured way.

  2. 02

    Case

Contact, request, knowledge, rules and next task are connected.

  3. 03

    Work

The right module prepares a reply, document, appointment or follow-up.

  4. 04

    Control

You review sensitive steps and professional decisions.

  5. 05

    Outcome

Status, history and next step remain traceable in HQ.

HQ plus four modules

You decide which work Griffi takes on.

Quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices are included at every base plan regardless.

AI Phone

Capture and log incoming calls in a structured way.

Inbox Agent

Assign emails to cases and prepare reply drafts.

Appointments & Follow-up

Coordinate appointments, reminders and open next steps.

API / Integrations

Connect your own systems and tools programmatically.

Resource Management (in planning)

Clear responsibility

Griffi works by your rules — not around them.

Automatic steps are defined beforehand. Email sending, document finalisation and professionally sensitive decisions remain under human approval wherever control is required.

Frequently asked questions

Is Griffi just a phone assistant?

No. Phone is one of four modules. All inputs and work outcomes meet as cases in the shared Griffi HQ.

Do I need every module?

No. With Light and Standard, select only what you need. Premium automatically includes AI Phone, Inbox Agent and Appointments & Follow-up; API/Integrations remains addable. Resource Management is in planning and not bookable yet.

Can Griffi replace my existing tools?

Griffi provides its own shared case core and can connect calendars or other systems where integrations are approved. It does not automatically replace every specialist application.

How should we start?

With one frequent, clearly bounded case. We define input, knowledge, rules, approvals and measurable outcome before adding more workflows.

The right starting point is the case that consumes the most time today.

Configure plan and modules, then bring one real workflow from your business.
